Questions

Pricing FAQ

What counts as a monitor?
A monitor is one service you track: a URL, API endpoint, DNS record, SSL certificate, TCP port, domain, or a cron job that pings Latensy. Each one counts as one monitor against your plan limit.
What is a priority monitor?
Standard monitors are checked every 5 minutes. Priority monitors run on faster intervals, every minute on Growth and every 30 seconds on Business, for the services where minutes matter.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Sign up, add up to 10 monitors, connect an email alert channel, and keep using it for free. Upgrade only when you need more monitors, faster checks, more alert channels, or reporting.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year: Growth is $278 per year and Business is $940 per year, roughly 20% less than paying monthly. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Billing in the app. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your history is kept up to the new plan’s retention limit.
Where are checks run from?
Checks run from Latensy’s infrastructure in Germany (EU). Incident confirmation uses consecutive failures over time rather than a single failed request, which filters out most transient network noise.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Latensy is not a fit, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
