For agencies and technical studios

Monitor every client property. Prove reliability. Send better reports.

Agencies often have monitoring in place, but still end up manually explaining what happened when a client site, API, feed, or cron job fails. Latensy organizes client services and turns service health into client-ready reports.

The agency problem

Every client, endpoint, cron job, and API matters differently.

A plugin update that breaks a landing page is not the same as a checkout API returning 503. Flat lists of up/down alerts hide that difference. Latensy makes it explicit.

Organize by client

Tag services by client, project, environment, and owner. Filter Services and reports to one client in a click.

Rank by impact

Mark services revenue-critical, customer-facing, or internal, and tag the flow they belong to: checkout, login, payment, search, admin. Incidents and at-risk lists sort by that, so the team looks at the right thing first.

A status page per client

A public status page per client with its own title and URL, listing only that client’s services. Three on Growth, ten on Business, more on Enterprise.

Reports clients understand

Impact Report and Executive Summary answer what happened, what was affected, how long it lasted, and what you did about it.

What agencies monitor with Latensy

Beyond the homepage

  • Client websites and landing pages, with keyword checks for content that must be present
  • Checkout paths, forms, and revenue-critical pages
  • Client APIs and integrations, including authenticated REST and GraphQL
  • Cron jobs and scheduled syncs that fail silently until someone notices
  • Product, content, and inventory feeds
  • SSL certificate validity and domain expiration dates across every client
  • Internal tools, ports, and database hosts you maintain under retainer

Client-facing by default

Proof of reliability your clients can open.

A public status page per client and live badges for their portals and reports. Uptime stops being a claim in a PDF.

Plans for agencies

Grow as you add clients.

Monitor count is the main lever. Growth covers 50 services with 3 seats and 3 status pages. Business covers 200 services with 10 seats, 10 status pages, Impact Report, and CSV or JSON export. Need more? Enterprise limits are custom.

Questions agencies ask

Agency FAQ

How do agencies organize client services in Latensy?
Tag every service with the client, environment, and owner, and set its criticality (revenue, customer-facing, internal) plus an impact tag such as checkout or login. Services, incidents, and reports can then be filtered to one client, and Mission Control ranks problems by business impact instead of listing them flat.
Can each client have their own status page?
Yes. Each public status page has its own title, URL, and list of services, so one client never sees another’s. Growth includes 3 status pages, Business 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. Live SVG badges for status, uptime, and response time can be embedded in client portals.
How do I send uptime reports to clients?
Use the Executive Summary for a weekly overview and the Impact Report for a period: downtime, degraded time, affected services, and confirmed incidents. Reports can be scheduled by email daily, weekly, or monthly, and check data exports as CSV or JSON for your own templates.
How many monitors does an agency need?
Count every client website, API, cron job, feed, certificate, and internal tool you are responsible for. Growth covers 50 monitors with 3 seats, Business 200 monitors with 10 seats, and Enterprise limits are custom. Monitor count is the main lever, so the plan grows as you sign clients.
Does Latensy replace the observability tools my developers use?
No. It is the service-health layer for the whole agency: what is down, degraded, or at risk across every client, and what to tell them. Deep debugging stays in your APM or logging tools.

Create client-ready uptime and impact reports without manual spreadsheets.

Add your first client’s services on the Free plan, tag them, and see Mission Control fill with signal. Upgrade when the next client signs.
